Food is meant to nourish. Instead, our culture tells us our food and body is the way to health and if we are not pursuing it perfectly we are screwing up. It’s exhausting. Dieting and disordered eating feel like the cultural norm these days. There is hope to not be caught in the diet cycle, or obsession with food and weight. There is freedom from the chains of diet culture. As you engage in this work you can go from a place of operating on external cues to operating from your own intuition,
and it feels good, real good.
