At this time, I am a network provider in Washington state for the following plans.

I also accept clients with out-of-network health insurance plans (Aetna, etc). For those clients, payment is required at the time of service. After our nutrition counseling sessions, you will receive a Superbill receipt to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.
